Starting in August, I will be a professor ("Dozent") of biomedical engineering at the Bern University of Applied Sciences in Biel, Switzerland. I am also secretary and treasurer of the IEEE Switzerland Section.

From 2001 to 2006, I was a doctoral student, research assistant, and teaching assistant at ETH Zurich. My doctoral research was in the field of biomedical signal processing and algorithm development.

Despite being pretty busy, I also have some time for hobbies, e.g., Les Mills group fitness, squash, running, and swimming.
